Upload AFT Insurance Company CSV File

Use

In this screen you can upload the AFT Insurance Company CSV files. Populate your data into the given spreadsheet that needs to be converted into a CSV format and save it in your system. Select 'Upload CSV Data' from the Tasking Zone to transfer the spreadsheet back to our server. Please ensure that you select the correct CSV file before uploading it to our server.

Fields Available

• Step 1:  Ensure that you have prepared your AFT Insurance Company spreadsheet document and have saved them in a CSV file format ready to be uploaded. If you have not done this please go back to download the AFT Insurance Company spreadsheet document from "Download Spreadsheet" in the Tasking Zone. Also, please complete the HMRC Pension E-file Setup with Scheme Administrator / Practitioner Details. To view the demo of converting the spreadsheet into a CSV file format click here.
• Step 2 Insurance Company (AFT): Click on the "Browse..." button to select the Insurance Company (AFT) CSV file, now a dialog box will appear browse for your CSV file and click on 'Open' button where the selected document will appear in the text box. Please ensure that you select the correct CSV file that needs to be uploaded to our server.
• Step 3 Your own CSV File Reference: Enter here your own CSV File reference number, this is optional. If you wish to enter you can enter this field for your reference and this can be viewed in the uploaded data status.
• Step 4 Declaration: Please check this box. This is a declaration made by you that states the given details are correct.

• Back: To go back to the Upload Pension Scheme CSV Files and Status, click on this button.
• Click to Upload CSV File: To upload the selected CSV file to the e-fileready server, click on this button.
